A great moving experience! From our first contact to the final minute, our move experience with O'Brien Moving and Storage Team was highly professional and enjoyable. We entertained four (4) quote/bids and are now extremely glad that we selected O'Brien's. The team arrived at the appointed times both shipping and delivery days. To our surprise, they were the most economical, in finishing our move five hundred dollars ($500) under quote. A very professional and courteous team, who could not be nicer handled our property with respect. We highly recommend O'Brien's to anyone considering a move.

The gentleman who came to our house to give the estimate was very professional (and accurate). The movers were very efficient, polite, and tidy, and worked very hard. I'd use O'Brien again in a heartbeat.

The Company was very professional at all times. The moving went very smooth. The Movers were excellent, took great care of items to prevent damage and were very accommodating to my needs. They worked hard and keep going from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better crew. They were the best movers I ever had. I would use them again and recommended this company 100%.

I thought the movers did a great job! Very professional and courteous. Although my ex-husband came by and instructed the movers to unload something from their truck, and they actually listened to him! I was upset because he was not in charge of the move and he certainly didn't pay for it!! That was my only complaint. That cost me an extra $140! Due to the time it took loading, unloading and reloading.

We used O'Briens for moving our items into a POD while transitioning to a new home and they were awesome!! We then used O'Briens a second time to have them move the items out of our POD and into our forever home. I was thrilled with their carefulness of our items. The only part I was not happy with from O'Briens was their scheduling department.. we specifically requested labor at a certain start time (weeks in advance), and then the day before, they claimed they couldn't guarantee a time. VERY DISAPPOINTING! A move is not a small task, and when you have other helpers, kids to deal with and dogs, timing is everything, and O'Briens didn't understand that. They acted as if someone else had a job more important than ours, and it was very disappointing! The guys were on their cell phones a lot, which didn't give me the best feeling, but they got the job done so I guess that's all that matters. The back office at O'Briens isn't the most professional, which doesn't leave a comforting feeling when trying to plan a move.
