I am a returning customer to O'Brien's Moving and Storage. The move started off late however the move was completed within a five hour schedule as planned. The three man crew could have communicated better among themselves for a more coordinated system but they were careful in how they handled my furniture. Overall I am quite satisfied.

The crew that moved me were very professional. Everything was wrapped and protected very well. The crew, Luis Cruz, Inc. even protected the doors and floors of both houses. The problem with O'Brians was I was told they use there own employees and are very reliable. The crew was not O'Brians but a sub-contractor. I should have been told this upfront. It was very deceiving.

They were an hour late getting to my move from location. However once they arrived it was a well oiled machine. They move went smoothly, the movers were friendly and not one of my possessions was damaged. It was over sooner than I expected and everything was were it was supposed to be. I had such anxiety as the move date approached, anticipating every worst case scenario my brain could come up with. In the end my worries were unnecessary. These guys are great and the only company that actually came out to give an in person estimate. If you want worry free moving call them, now.
