Outstanding performance by the Obrien team assigned to us. This was a household storage relocation move point to point, piece by piece, complicated by everything being wrapped ahead of time from a prior move. This was a fairly large effort. The team was communicative and interactive the entire time, which gave confidence to us that they were not just hoisting boxes/furniture (which by the way, they did with great care and efficiency), but moving objects of importance to us while keeping us in the loop. The men on the job were friendly and professional, and super well organized. They worked hard and wasted no time in getting the job done as expeditiously as safe handling allowed. They were great on both the pickup and delivery end. Administratively, everything was initially managed virtually due to covid circumstances (plus, site visit during move by O’briens coordinator much appreciated), and it worked out very well. Overall, very happy with this outfit! Well done! Highly recommend! Many Thanks!

We just moved for the second time with O’Brien’s. It was very easy to do inventory over the phone. Our move was within an hour and movers were extremely efficient with packing, moving, and unpacking. We will definitely use them again!

Great job. O'Brien's handled both a local and long distance move. No issues with either. The movers were professional and handled everything very well. The estimate was very close - we were about 100 pounds under for actual versus the estimate on the long distance move and exact to the minute on the local move.

O’Brien’s Moving rates highest in my book. My husband and I bought a house prior to the COVID-19 pandemic with a tentative move date of April 20, 2020. We were really nervous about our move because we had to be out of our rental by April 30th. The movers from O’Brien’s were awesome! They practiced social distancing from us, wore their masks and really acted professionally. The value for the money was incredible. Hopefully we won’t be moving anytime soon, but if we do let me just tell you that O’Brien’s Moving is our preferred vendor!

We had the best experience in what must be the worst conditions for a mover: 90+ temperatures, humid, without air conditioning. The estimator, Mike, provided a very exact estimate, we were able to schedule in a timely manner, and the office staff were very responsive and professional. On moving day, the movers showed up on time, and immediately got to work. We had them pack our kitchen and it was AMAZING. Everything arrived without a chip or dent. They helped boxing things that were difficult to pack, like mirrors, picture frames and lamp shades. The foreman was very pleasant and easy going, and he seemed to take pleasure in organizing the oddest shaped furniture in the truck. The men spent hours carrying furniture and boxes in the hot sun and I never once heard a complaint. They helped me with anything I asked and were quick to offer helpful solutions when we were exhausted. Unpacking at the new house went super fast and everything was placed exactly where I wanted it quickly and efficiently. I’m honestly very impressed with their services and I don’t think I could have given them a big enough tip. I’ve moved several times from Bucks County, Philadelphia and Delaware County and this was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely rely on them in the future.
